RETURNS - RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
If there is something wrong with your order, let us make it right! Please contact us so we may resolve the problem - whatever it is. If it is determined that the product(s) need to be returned to us for either replacement or refund, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)/Tracking Number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the box when sending a return and include any paperwork inside the box which we may need to process your return, including your original Order Number and contact information.
Unsolicited returns and/or returns without RMA Numbers are very difficult for us to process. Please do not cause us or yourself undue frustration. Contact us first before returning ANYTHING!
If the mistake was ours, we will replace the item(s) at no charge and credit your return postage (Please use the most economical method for return). If the mistake was yours, we ask only that you cover any difference in price and any additional shipping charges required to get the right item(s) to you.
REFUNDS - If the problem is ours and we cannot resolve it in any other way, we will ask you to return the item(s) in question and upon receipt and inspection, will refund you the original amount and any applicable shipping charges (including your return shipping - Please us the most economical method for return).
If you simply do not like the item(s) and want to return them for a refund, we will be glad to take them back. Note: A 15% restocking Fee will apply. Please contact us for an RMA# before returning the item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt, the returned items will be inspected to insure they are in new re-sellable condition (packaging must be intact) and then a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee will be processed for you.
ALL DVD/BOOK SALES ARE FINAL - All DVD/Book Sales are final. Let's be fair about this... DVDs AND Books are information. Once you've consumed the information, you can't give it back!
If your new DVD doesn't work right, we will certainly exchange it.
WARRANTY - Items are covered under various warranties from the manufacturer. If there is defect or damage, we will provide you with contact/return information for the manufacturer of the product so that they can help you directly with any repairs or replacements. Check with us before you buy - many items are covered by the manufacturer with a lifetime warranty (certain conditions may apply).
SHIPPING - We use U.S. Postal Priority Mail. Shipping is charged for all domestic and international orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost. If you have any questions about this, contact us before placing your order.Please expect up to four weeks for delivery on some items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We ship some products internationally. The main issues with shipping internationally are theft of the shipment or confiscation by foreign customs. Be advised, once the international shipment leaves our store, we wash our hands of it and any loss due to theft or foreign customs is the responsability of the purchaser.
RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Because of restrictions placed on us by the US Government, anything that goes on a weapon, or used with a weapon cannot be shipped outside the USA. No exceptions will be made. Anything that goes on a weapon, or used with a weapon, Items such as stocks, grips, magazines, and weapon accessories cannot be shipped outside of the USA . International orders with such items will be cancelled.

PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS - On the majority of orders, it is our policy not to charge your credit card until your item(s) are ready to ship. However, to protect ourselves and our customers from ever increasing credit card fraud, we reserve the right to pre-authorize and pre-charge certain orders. These orders include, but are not limited to, any order over $500, any order which includes non-stocked special order items or any order including products that require custom configuration or modification.
On such orders, we will only ship to the "Billing Address" on file with your Credit Card Company - regardless of dollar amount. ITEM AVAILABILITY - We try to have most items in stock, but we cannot possibly stock everything! On the majority of items, if we do not currently have them in stock, our suppliers are able to get them to us very quickly - usually within 1 week. In the event that our suppliers cannot get the item(s) to us quickly, we will advise you of the length of delay expected and offer you the opportunity to either wait, cancel, substitute other product(s).
