PRIVACY - This is easy. We do not share your information with anyone at any time. Period.

RETURNS - Refunds are for the original amount, less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We only allow returns within 10 days of receiving the product.

If it is returned to us in new/unopened condition we will be glad to exchange it or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All sales for DVDs are final. We will exchange one DVD for an identical DVD if the original doesn't work.

WARRANTY - Items are covered under the warranty from the manufacturer, which in some cases is a lifetime warranty with certain conditions. If in doubt, ask.

SHIPPING - We use US Postal Priority Mail. Shipping is charged for all domestic and international orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost. If you have any questions about this, contact us before placing your order. Expect up to four weeks for delivery on some items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Unlike most US Online stores, we ship many of our products internationally. The main issues with shipping internationally are theft of the shipment or confiscation by foreign customs.  be advised, once the international shipment leaves our store, we wash our hands of it and any loss due to theft or foreign customs is the responsability of the purchaser.

RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Anything that goes on a weapon, or used with a weapon, Items such as stocks, grips, magazines, and weapon accessories cannot be shipped outside of the USA . International orders with such items will be cancelled.

PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS - On the majority of orders, it is our policy not to charge your credit card until your item(s) are ready to ship.  However, to protect ourselves and our customers from ever increasing credit card fraud, we reserve the right to pre-authorize and pre-charge certain orders.  These orders include, but are not limited to, any order over $500, any order which includes non-stocked special order items or any order including products that require custom configuration or modification.

On such orders, we will only ship to the "Billing Address" on file with your Credit Card Company - regardless of dollar amount.  If your billing AND shipping address do no match the address on file with your Credit Card Company, you may be contacted by our accounting department to verify the validity of your order and review your payment information for correctness BEFORE your order will be released for shipping.

ITEM AVAILABILITY - We try to have most items in stock. We are a small organization and cannot possibly stock everything. On items we do not have immediately in stock, our suppliers ship special orders to us very quickly. There will be occasions when we are out of an ordered item, and expect unusual delays from the manufacturer. In such cases we will advise you of these situations and you will have the option of backordering or cancelling your order.

LEGALITY - It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering.
