HSGI Rigger's Belts are constructed of 2 layers of 1.75" wide Type 7 webbing. Sewn together with Bonded 138 nylon thread with 5 rows of stitching. The two layers are not only sewn together, but are laminated with an industrial strength adhesive to give a more rigid and stiffness.

PER HSGI there is a two inch "give" on each side of the belt sizing.  That is a 42 inch belt can be cinched down to a size 40 or let out to a size 44.
