E & E RIFLE BUG OUT BAG

One of the things that OST/SI is involved in is R&D for new and better applications of tactical products. The internet is replete with Tactical Vests, Chest Rigs, and all manner of other items suitable for fighting on a battlefield. But what of the private citizen who wants to maintain a higher readiness level than is possible when only armed with a pistol?

Enter the Rifle Bug Out Bag.

This bag is specifically designed to carry what you need to sustain yourself and sustain a rifle for a prolonged "get home alive" situation without looking like a Special Ops trooper.  The MA-54 will hold 6 AR (30), 3 Pistol mags, 1 liter bottle of water, 1 3-4 D cell light, up to (18) 12ga shotgun shells, a pistol, knives, medical gear and a 10 megawatt Honda Generator...OK, maybe not the generator.

The bag looks like a camera bag. In fact when we first received this my initial thought was "why did we order a camera bag?". Get a patch that says "PRESS" or a red cross emblem and no one will give you a second look.  If you don't think this is important, just look back at how armed citizens were handled by the "authorities" after Katrina.  Low profile is the key. 

The colors will start w/ the standards Black, OD, Coyote Tan. For purely urban activities, my preference would be Black as that is what color a camera bag may come in, but Coyote Tan and Olive Green look pretty good too if you tend toward more rural or desert areas.
