The G2L Fire Rescue Helmet Mount Kit consists of a high-output, compact LED flashlight and a sturdy, easy-to-install Blackjack mount designed to securely attach to most firefighter helmets via two set screws for hands-free illumination. This light/mounting kit was developed for firefighters, paramedics, EMS personnel, and other emergency first-responders. The light is MIL-STD-810 rated safe for use in an explosive atmosphere. It features a body made of tough, corrosion-proof Nitrolon® polymer and an aerospace aluminum bezel and tailcap. The pushbutton tailcap switch provides secure, ergonomic control, even when mounted to a helmet: press for momentary-on; press further to click constant-on. It uses a virtually indestructible power-regulated LED and precision micro-textured reflector to produce a smooth, brilliant 120-lumen beam with six times the light output of a typical two-D-cell flashlight. The kit includes a set of diffusers that provide three beam-width options—narrow for search and rescue, wider for area illumination and close work. Its highly visible fluorescent yellow color and included reflective body stickers make the G2L Fire Rescue flashlight easy to find if dropped—perfect if you're a firefighter, EMT, search and rescue team member, or public safety or utilities worker.
